| | Peter Evensen, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of Teekay Offshore GP L.L.C. and of Teekay Offshore Operating GP L.L.C. since they were formed in August and September 2006, respectively. Mr. Evensen is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Teekay Corporation. He joined Teekay Corporation in May 2003 as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Corporation from February 2004 until he was appointed to his current role in November 2006. Mr. Evensen has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Teekay GP L.L.C. since it was formed in November 2004 and as a director of Teekay GP L.L.C. since January 2005. Mr. Evensen has over 20 years’ experience in banking and shipping finance. Prior to joining Teekay Corporation, Mr. Evensen was Managing Director and Head of Global Shipping at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and worked in other senior positions for its predecessor firms. His international industry experience includes positions in New York, London and Oslo.
